Ülker Sensiz Olmaz — an 8-bit platform game we designed for Çokoprens where players dodge street obstacles to deliver their chocolate prince to their love interest, anchored in nostalgic arcade aesthetics.

Brief
"This game does not work without you — get the chocolate prince back to his love." For Ülker Çokoprens we designed an 8-bit platform game in which players have to navigate a chocolate prince through a city of obstacles — street vendors, seagulls, cats and dogs — without losing him on the way. By completing specific in-game missions across web and mobile, players unlocked real-world Çokoprens boxes. The design language leans hard into pixel art, 8-bit chiptune music and a period-correct arcade feel; that nostalgic shell turned out to be both ironic and familiar for Ülker’s young-adult audience at the time. Combined with social sharing and leaderboards, the project landed not as a one-shot campaign but as a brand artefact that lived on past the campaign window and that returning users kept opening for fun.
