N° 01 — SERVICEBARCELONA

UX and UI design grounded in research.

We design experiences that hold up under real use — based on user research, validated with prototypes, and shipped with a measurable success metric. Web, native mobile, and complex SaaS.

N° 02 — What we do

Research, design, validate, ship.

User research

Qualitative interviews, contextual inquiry, heuristic evaluation, usability testing. Output: a one-page research synthesis that decisions can be made from.

Information architecture

Tree-test-validated navigation, content models, taxonomy. Holds up at scale.

Interaction design

Key flows, edge cases, error and empty states. Prototyped in Figma or code, tested with real users.

Visual & UI design

Crafted interfaces with deep platform fluency. Accessible by default — colour contrast, type scale, focus states, screen-reader semantics.

Design systems

Tokenised libraries that survive multiple product teams. Figma + code parity. Versioned, documented, and maintained.

UX writing

Microcopy, error messages, empty states. Tone of voice consistent with the brand. EN, ES, TR.

N° 05 — FAQ

Common questions about UX/UI design.

What’s the difference between UX and UI design?
UX is the structure: how a product works, what flows feel like, why people complete (or don’t complete) tasks. UI is the surface: how the product looks and feels, the interaction grammar, the visual language. Good products need both — and the same team should own them end-to-end.
Do you do user research?
Yes — every engagement starts with research. We run qualitative interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability tests. Quantitative analytics review when relevant data exists.
How do you handle accessibility?
WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline. Colour contrast, focus states, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader semantics are reviewed before handoff. AAA-level work for healthcare and government clients.
Which industries do you work in?
Banking and fintech (Kuveyt Türk, DenizBank, AXA), retail (A101, İstinyePark), travel and aviation (Lufthansa, Turkish Airlines), and healthcare (MedicalPark).
How long does a UX/UI engagement typically take?
Design audits: 3–4 weeks. UX overhaul of an existing product: 8–12 weeks. New product design end-to-end: 12–20 weeks depending on scope.
