Social-media management for Cinecity Cinemas — we turned the chain’s social channels into a living film community through list-led editorial formats that had not been done in the sector before.

Brief
We took over social-media management across all Cinecity Cinemas channels, lifting them from a typical "now showing" timeline into something the audience returned to daily. We pioneered list-led editorial formats that the cinema sector had not really used until then (think "the ten greatest love scenes in cinema history") and used them to make the brand’s social presence active and conversational. Our content calendar mixed personalised promo cards for the films on show, educational genre lists, archive pieces built around cinematographers, directors and actors, and live coverage from gala events. The visual identity sat on a consistent template system aligned to Cinecity’s brand colour and the dramatic tone of the cinema medium; the copy voice deliberately stayed clear of industry jargon, so a follower who had only recently fallen in love with film could still read every post comfortably.
