Hillside Run For Green is a mobile app we built for a corporate-responsibility running event hosted by Hillside City Club. The app uses GPS to track the distance a participant runs and converts every completed kilometre into a number of trees Hillside commits to plant on their behalf. From the profile screen the user sees how many trees they have unlocked, follows which reforestation area each batch is planted in, and shares the result on social media. Combined with a live event map, team competitions and leaderboards, the app turned a physical run into a connected digital community moment. The visual language stays true to Hillside’s energetic, nature-led identity, with greens drawn from real landscapes and micro-animations that make every logged kilometre feel like a tangible win for both the runner and the forest.
