Sendloop iPad app — a kiosk-style tablet experience that lets visitors at malls, restaurants and hospitals opt into a brand’s mailing list on the spot, bridging physical venues and email marketing.
Brief
We took the Sendloop email-list product into physical venues — malls, restaurants and any space with high foot-traffic potential. The iPad-based extension lets a guest tap their email into a tablet placed at the venue and immediately opt into the brand’s campaigns, discounts and notifications. The app sits on top of a flexible theme system that adapts to each venue’s visual identity, KVKK/GDPR-compliant consent copy and a configurable form-field manager. Captured contact details flow straight into Sendloop’s existing email automation infrastructure, so a welcome message can hit the guest’s inbox within seconds of submitting the form. On the design side we treated the device as public infrastructure: oversized touch targets, a single-hand-friendly form layout and a calm visual rhythm made the experience approachable for any guest who happened to walk past.
