The Inter Partner Assistance mobile app we built is designed for the most stressful moments in a driver’s day — a breakdown or accident on the road — and is engineered to summon help in as few taps as possible. The home screen offers a single "request roadside assistance" action, with location, vehicle and policy data pre-filled in the background and forwarded straight to the operator, so the user never wrestles with a form. Inside the app, the user tracks the tow truck on the map, sees the arrival ETA, contacts the driver and attaches photos or notes to the case. For these high-stress scenarios we leaned on oversized touch targets, high-contrast colour and tight microcopy. On the operator side, an API layer feeds the app’s requests directly into the contact-centre platform, lifting both the speed and the accuracy of dispatch.
