AXA Acentem — a mobile app for AXA Sigorta agents that moves the entire back-office workflow into the phone, with instant policy quoting and live sales reporting.
Brief
The AXA Acentem app we developed for AXA Sigorta moves the entire agent workflow into the phone. Inside the app, agents pull instant policy quotes, see their daily, weekly, monthly and cumulative sales figures and percentages, run budget vs. target comparisons and serve their customers 24/7. The design priority was to take complex desktop workflows and turn them into something genuinely usable in the field — not just a shrunken desktop UI. Multi-step policy-quoting forms were broken into stepwise wizards, the customer view sits behind role-based permissions, and critical reporting is surfaced through oversized data cards at the top of the home screen. On the integration side, we built an API layer that lets the app speak to AXA’s existing information systems, so the data agents produce in the field flows live into AXA’s CRM and reporting infrastructure.
